1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing UnsubscribeX services operated by The Opportunity Hub UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Description

UnsubscribeX provides custom unsubscribe page design and development services including:

  • Custom interactive unsubscribe page design
  • Integration with email service providers
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and requirements
  • Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws in your jurisdiction
  • Not use services for illegal or harmful purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Typically:

  • 50% deposit required to commence work
  • 50% due upon project completion
  • Payment due within 14 days of invoice

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment: You own the final deliverables created specifically for your project.

We retain: Rights to reusable code, frameworks, and methodologies. We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed professionally. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific business results
  • Services are provided "as is" after acceptance
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • You pay for work completed to date
  • We deliver work in progress
  • Confidential information remains protected

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of this agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
